This work started 9th September 2002.  Prison medicine has become a major interest because of the depths of the problems and complex medicine involved.  We have continued to be involved in prison healthcare ever since. Dr Bulger is also a clinical advisor to the Healthcare Commisison Prison Health Services link The Prison Health services are undergoing continual reform.
